This gallery is one way we can recognize students and teachers for their hard work. We would love to include shots of you and your students!

Just have your class work on WeatherEye, then take some photos! Have the photos developed and send copies of the prints to us at KGAN. For more details, contact us by way of KGAN Weather (rschildmeyer@kgan.com)  or call us at 319-395-9060 ext.328.

Some Tips
Try to fill the camera's frame with your subject, don't stand back. Fill the shot rather than leaving a lot of extra space.

Take a look at some of the other shots here in the Gallery. Look at the images you like, then you shoot for similar images as you take your photos.

Be sure you have a flash or that there is enough light. Dark photos don't reproduce very well.

When you get the photos, consider hanging up copies in you room. Once we put the photos on our site, let the rest of your school (and district) know where they can see them!
